LEGAL TERMS

  1. The main name on the reservation is responsible for the final payment.
  2. If your transfer is returned, please make the payment in advance.
  3. Carry your itinerary with you at all times when traveling. You must hand it to your driver upon arrival at Faro Airport.
  4. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance via email or phone. Failure to show up at Faro Airport without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the booking confirmation price.
  5. VINTAGEDISCOVER – Viagens e Turismo unipessoal, Lda accepts modifications to the reservation, which must be made 24 hours before your arrival.
  6. We do not accept responsibility for booking errors such as incorrect dates, times, addresses, or pick-up/drop-off locations. We always do our best to verify every detail of each reservation; however, reservation details are the customer’s responsibility.
  7. All transfers are made via the national road. If you want to reach your destination faster, depending on your Faro Airport transfer destination and traffic conditions, we may travel on the Algarve highway, always with the customer’s consent, for better service response.
  8. Baby and child seats are included in the price.
  9. We will carry 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per customer. Any additional luggage (e.g., golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles) requests extra luggage in the reservation. We cannot be held responsible for carrying undeclared extra luggage.
  10. Our company reserves the right to refuse to transport customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs or deemed a risk to our driver.
  11. Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.
  12. If traveling to a private destination, request the itinerary from the owner and provide it to your driver. We cannot be responsible for not finding the destination of your private address.
  13. We will strive to arrive for pick-up at Faro Airport or other destinations at the time of booking; however, we cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control, such as traffic delays, weather conditions, compliance with police stops, etc. However, we will communicate with you whenever possible in case of such an event.
  14. VINTAGEDISCOVER – Viagens e Turismo unipessoal, Lda is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  15. In case we cannot reach your desired destination due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide alternative transportation at no additional cost to the customer.
  16. We reserve the right to refuse transportation to your group due to health and safety specifications.
  17. We ask customers to give us a 15-minute margin in case we do not arrive at the pick-up location at the time of booking (we will contact the customer whenever possible).
  18. We will wait approximately 1 hour after your arrival at Faro. If there is any issue with the luggage, please report it by calling the number on your documentation.
  19. If a customer vomits inside the car, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
  20. If you need an additional stop, request it in advance in your booking. We will charge €8 for every 15 minutes.
  21. Legally registered and authorized by the Portuguese tourism office with comprehensive insurance coverage under license number RNAVT 4716.
