Terms and Conditions – RPlusTransfers

1. Services Provided
RPlusTransfers offers private, door-to-door transportation services from Faro Airport to selected destinations throughout the Algarve and other parts of Portugal. All transfers are performed using modern vehicles operated by licensed, insured professional drivers.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through our website and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. A confirmation email is sent after successful payment.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. Changes to the booking are accepted up to 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
4. Delays and No-Show Policy
We wait up to 1 hour after your flight lands at Faro Airport. If you experience delays with luggage, contact us using the number provided in your booking confirmation. No-shows without notice will be charged in full. Please allow a 15-minute window in case we arrive slightly later due to traffic or external factors.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information. This includes correct flight details, pickup times, addresses, and contact numbers. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete booking information. If traveling to a private address, please obtain clear directions from the property owner.
6. Passenger Conduct and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse transportation to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who pose a risk to the driver or vehicle. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. If a passenger vomits inside the car, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
7. Luggage and Special Items
Each passenger may bring 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Additional or oversized items (e.g., golf bags, surfboards, bikes) must be declared when booking. We may refuse undeclared extra luggage due to space or safety limitations. Forgotten items will be stored for up to 7 days.
8. Route and Highway Use
All transfers are conducted via national roads by default. If necessary and with the customer’s consent, we may use toll highways to ensure timely arrival at your destination. Additional charges may apply only if previously agreed.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic accidents, road closures, or police operations. We will make every effort to notify you in case of disruption.

RPlusTransfers is operated by VINTAGEDISCOVER – Viagens e Turismo Unipessoal, Lda, a fully licensed travel company, registered under RNAVT license no. 4716 and fully insured as per Portuguese law. All services are subject to Portuguese jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Faro, Portugal.
